§ 8-183. Inspection following issuance; certificate of approval; clearance order.

(a)

Following the issuance of a permit required by this division, the city electrical inspector shall carefully inspect such work during and after its completion, and if the work shall prove to be constructed in accordance with all rules and requirements governing the installation and if payment is made for any additional fee for additional inspection not embraced in the original application, the inspector shall issue a certificate approving the same.

(b)

The city electrical inspector shall issue a clearance order to those persons to whom a permit is issued under the provisions of this division after the inspection and approval of the work completed under the permit.
