§ 6-34. Same—Fees, vaccination certificate.

The owner of an impounded dog may reclaim the dog at any time prior to its euthanization or adoption in accordance with the following procedures:
(1)

The owner shall pay to the city an impoundment fee as established by the city.

(2)

The owner shall produce a current vaccination certificate for the dog.
