§ 40-160. Disposal into city wastewater collection and treatment system required of licensees.

Each person, firm or corporation required to obtain a license shall dispose of liquid waste removed from private sewage facilities within the city only into the city's wastewater collection and treatment system at places designated by the director of public works.
