§ 40-129. Requirements for building sewers.

Latest version.

Any person responsible for discharges through a building sewer carrying wastes shall, at his own expense and as required by the approving authority:
(1)

Install an accessible and safely located control manhole;

(2)

Install meters and other appurtenances to facilitate observation sampling and measurement of the waste; and

(3)

Maintain the equipment and facilities.
