§ 38-45. Funeral processions.

Every funeral procession shall be marked with appropriate pennants or other device or method, such as burning headlights in daytime, sufficient to show the nature of such procession. It shall be unlawful for the driver of any vehicle to cross through or interrupt any funeral procession.
