§ 32-59. Tipping fees.

(a)

No charges shall be imposed to city residential customers for disposing domestic items such as brush, limbs, leaves, furniture, and appliances during the following time periods:

(1)

March of each year on the last five working days.

(2)

June of each year on the last five working days.

(3)

September of each year on the last five working days.

(4)

December of each year on the last five working days.

(b)

The above time periods shall not apply to demolition and/or construction materials.

(c)

Proof of city residence. City residential customers shall prove residency in the city to the gate keeper at the city's landfill by presenting the most recent paid utility bill stub and driver's license.

(d)

Tipping fees, including fees for vehicle tires, shall be as established by the city.
