§ 28-9. Renewal of nonconforming permit.

  • (a)

    The nonconforming permit shall be renewed every five years and a fee as established by the city shall be paid.

    (b)

    The city inspector shall notify all owners of five-year nonconforming permits within a reasonable time prior to the expiration of the five-year nonconforming permit, and the owner shall appear at the city hall building to pay the fee as established by the city.

    (c)

    No notice of public hearing nor certified letters to neighbors to appear before the planning and zoning commission shall be required when renewing a five-year nonconforming permit.
