§ 24-276. Food handler's certificate required.

Latest version.

Any itinerant or transient vendor or mobile food vendor who is selling food or food products is required to obtain and maintain in his place of business or employment a current food handler's certificate from the health department. A certificate is current if the date of issuance is not more than two years old.
