§ 24-155. Required; exceptions from division.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in peddling or soliciting activity without first having applied for and obtained a license from the city clerk.

(b)

The provisions of this division shall not apply to persons selling farm produce raised by them, or on their lands, or on lands under their control, and does not apply to salesmen representing wholesalers who take orders for goods, wares and merchandise sold to retailers.
