§ 12-67. Time constriction.

If drilling operations are not begun within 30 days after the granting of the license required by this division the license shall become null and void. However, such license may be extended by the city clerk by a written extension before the termination of the 30-day period, upon a proper excuse for delay in commencing the drilling operations.
