All subdivisions shall comply with the specifications and design standards as hereinafter outlined. Low density subdivisions shall comply with the specifications and standards, with the exception of such items as curbs and gutters.

28-2

Two (2) copies of plans and profiles for streets, alleys, sidewalks and drainage easements, including the following information, shall be submitted with each subdivision plat.
