§ 21. Rules and regulations of commission.

The city planning commission may adopt rules of procedure to govern its actions. After public hearing thereon, the city planning commission may adopt rules and regulations governing plats and subdivisions. Such rules shall be consistent with the provisions of this ordinance and shall become effective upon being filed with the city clerk.
