§ XI. Vehicle parking space.

No building shall be erected or altered or land used for any purpose which will result in customers, employees or residents parking autos or trucks on the road or street right-of-way unless space for parking such vehicles is provided and maintained on the lot or tract of land used at the rate of one (1) space for each resident family, one (1) space for every three (3) employees, and one (1) space for every two hundred (200) square feet of floor area in any commercial structure.
